Connection Issues

My helpers aren't showing up in Claude

  1. 1Make sure you've added the connector in Claude Desktop. Go to Settings → Connectors (or Integrations) and check The Agentic Who is listed and shows as connected.
  2. 2If the connector shows as disconnected, click it and re-authorise with your Agentic Who account.
  3. 3Check you're using Claude Desktop, not the mobile app. MCP helpers aren't supported on mobile yet.
  4. 4Verify your subscription is active in your Agentic Who dashboard.
  5. 5Try starting a new conversation. Some connection issues are per-conversation.

Claude says "MCP server disconnected" or shows a red indicator

  1. 1This usually means the connection to our server dropped. Click the connector and re-authorise.
  2. 2Check your internet connection. Helpers need an active connection to communicate.
  3. 3Fully quit Claude Desktop and reopen it. On Mac: Claude → Quit Claude. On Windows: right-click system tray → Quit.
  4. 4If the issue persists, remove the connector and re-add it: Settings → Connectors → Remove → Add again with the URL https://api.agentic-who.ai/v1/t/agentic-who
  5. 5If none of this works, email us at hello@theagenticwho.ai with a screenshot of the error.

Helpers were working yesterday but stopped today

  1. 1Check if Claude Desktop updated overnight. Updates sometimes reset MCP connections. Restart Claude Desktop.
  2. 2Verify your subscription is still active at theagenticwho.com/dashboard.
  3. 3Check your internet connection.
  4. 4Try opening a new conversation in Claude. Some connection issues are per-conversation.

Using Your Helpers

My helper gave me a bad or irrelevant answer

  1. 1Tell it what was wrong. "That's too formal" or "The numbers don't look right." Helpers learn from feedback within the conversation.
  2. 2Give more context about what you need. The more specific you are, the better the output.
  3. 3Make sure you're asking the right helper. Don't ask the HR Manager about SEO. Use the SEO Specialist.
  4. 4If you haven't introduced your business yet, do that first. Helpers perform much better with context about your business, customers, and tone.

My helper forgot something I told it earlier

  1. 1Context is remembered within a conversation but may reset between sessions.
  2. 2For important details you want remembered permanently, use the "remember" command: "Remember that our office address is 123 Main St."
  3. 3Start each new conversation by referencing your key context, or ask the helper "What do you remember about my business?"

How do I know which helper to use for what?

  1. 1Each pack has 4 specialists. Check the Meet The Helpers page for a full breakdown of what each one does.
  2. 2If you're not sure, just describe what you need. Claude will route it to the right helper automatically.
  3. 3As a rule: content and marketing tasks → Marketing Pack. Money questions → Finance Pack. Processes and workflow → Operations Pack. How things look and feel → Brand Pack.

Can I use multiple helpers in one conversation?

  1. 1Yes, you can switch between helpers within the same conversation.
  2. 2This is great for complex projects. For example: ask the Copywriter to draft content, then ask the Brand Manager to review it for consistency.
  3. 3Helpers share the conversation context, so they can build on each other's work.

How do I cancel or change my plan?

  1. 1Log in to your dashboard at theagenticwho.com/dashboard.
  2. 2Go to your subscription settings to add or remove packs.
  3. 3Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
  4. 4No cancellation fees. No contracts. No questions asked.

Can I switch from individual packs to the bundle?

  1. 1Yes. Remove your individual packs and add the Everything You Need Bundle ($349/mo for all 4 packs) from your dashboard.
  2. 2You'll save $247/mo compared to buying all four packs separately.

Can I share helpers with my team?

  1. 1Each account has its own helper connection. If multiple team members need access, each person needs their own account and subscription.
  2. 2Team plans with shared billing are coming soon. Email us at hello@theagenticwho.ai to be notified when they launch.

Do I need to pay for Claude separately?

  1. 1Yes, Claude is a separate product by Anthropic. You'll need a Claude account (free or paid) in addition to your Agentic Who subscription.
  2. 2We recommend the Claude Pro plan ($20/mo) for the best experience: more usage, better models, and priority access.
  3. 3The free Claude plan works but has usage limits that may restrict how much you can use your helpers each day.

Platform & Compatibility

Can I use helpers on my phone?

  1. 1Claude's mobile app doesn't support MCP connections yet, so your helpers won't be available on mobile.
  2. 2Use Claude Desktop (Mac or Windows) or claude.ai in a desktop browser for full helper access.
  3. 3Mobile MCP support is on Anthropic's roadmap. We'll update this when it's available.

Does this work on Windows?

  1. 1Yes, Claude Desktop is available for both Mac and Windows.
  2. 2The setup process is the same on both platforms.

Which browser works best with claude.ai?

  1. 1Chrome and Edge work best. Safari and Firefox are supported but may have minor UI differences.
  2. 2For the best experience, we recommend Claude Desktop over the browser version.

Do my helpers have access to my files?

  1. 1Only if you explicitly share them. You can drag files into Claude conversations for your helpers to work with.
  2. 2Claude Desktop can also access local files if you grant permission. This is useful for working with spreadsheets, documents, and images on your computer.
  3. 3Your files are processed securely and aren't stored by us.
